About Holly Mitchell

Holly Mitchell has been immersed in the world of real estate for nearly three decades. Her journey began with a dissertation and PhD on widows' property ownership in colonial America, a topic that piqued her interest long before she met her husband, Will. In 2002, they launched an appraisal company, where Holly worked as a residential appraiser across southern Maine for a decade, valuing over 2,500 homes and gaining deep insights into various communities. In 2010, Holly transitioned to real estate as a Realtor with Keller Williams, driven by a desire to work directly with people rather than banks. Her dedication quickly earned her the "Rookie of the Year" award. Since then, she has successfully assisted over 300 families in buying, selling, and investing in real estate, with an impressive 86% of her business stemming from past clients and referrals—a testament to the trust she builds with others. In 2017, Holly and her husband Will co-founded the ABODE Group at Keller Williams, a dynamic team of like-minded agents committed to providing exceptional service. Outside of her professional life, Holly is a longstanding member and contributor at Maine Preservation and has been an active member of the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams. An outdoor enthusiast (though she jokes about her lack of athletic prowess), Holly enjoys exploring Maine's natural beauty. She and Will are proud parents to two children: Hannah, who received a Master’s in Digital Marketing Strategy at Trinity College Dublin and now runs the pre-listing and marketing for the team. And Miles, who recently graduated with a degree in Humanistic Studies in Rome, Italy. Their family is rounded out by two playful golden retrievers, Otter and Mingo, who bring joy—and a bit of mischief—to their lives.
