About Rebecca Bassett

Meet The Bassett Team Real estate along the Southern Maine coast is unique—and having the right guidance can make all the difference. Buying or selling a home is one of the most significant financial and personal decisions most people will make. The process can feel complex, with many moving parts and important decisions along the way. Our role is to guide you through that process with clarity, thoughtful advice, and trusted expertise. The Bassett Team, led by Becky Bassett and Grainne Archer of Portside Real Estate Group, serves Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Arundel, Wells, and the surrounding Southern Maine coastal communities. We specialize in coastal homes, luxury properties, vacation homes, primary residences, and investment properties. Many of our clients are purchasing coastal homes or second residences in the Kennebunks, and we enjoy helping them navigate the local market and discover what makes this community such a special place to call home. With decades of combined experience in the local market, we provide the insight and guidance our clients need to make confident decisions. We take the time to understand your goals, provide thoughtful market analysis, and develop a clear strategy tailored to your situation. For buyers, that means helping you identify the right home, understand value in the market, and negotiate strong terms. For sellers, it means preparing your home thoughtfully, positioning it strategically, and guiding the process from preparation through closing. Above all, we want our clients to feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the journey. If you're beginning to explore the market or have questions, we’re always happy to start with a conversation. We feel incredibly fortunate to live and work along the Southern Maine coast and love helping our clients discover what makes this community such a special place to call home—because we truly believe you should Love Where You Live!
