The Simpson Team, a father/daughter real estate duo serving Bangor, Maine and its surrounding communities, has over 30 years of combined experience providing world-class customer service. Having lived in the greater Bangor area their entire lives, Joe and Ashlee are able to provide you with first-hand knowledge of this market area and ensure the buying or selling process is informed, relaxed, and stress-free. They know that each client has a unique set of expectations, and exceeding those expectations is the standard that Joe and Ashlee are proud to measure themselves by. The goal of The Simpson Team is to not only close a sale smoothly, but also make sure that their clients are comfortable throughout the entire transaction. Joe and Ashlee believe relationships go beyond the closing, and they want to be your real estate consultants for life. Joe and Ashlee Simpson are also active in the community. As wish granters with the Maine chapter of Make-A-Wish®, a nonprofit foundation that grants wishes for kids with life-threatening illnesses, they present wishes, coordinate send-off parties, and conduct meet and greets at the airport. Joe and Ashlee saw the importance of the program after a family member received a wish. The Simpson Team is also a sponsor of the Annual Gala at the Cross Insurance Center, benefitting Spruce Run, Shaw House, and the Bangor Area Homeless Shelter. Joe and Ashlee both see the importance in giving back to the community that they love. The Simpson Team also heads the Reals on Wheels Committeee, a weekly broker open house tour.
